Had to return twice in a row!!!

Batteries didn’t work two times in a row. Wouldn’t even fire. Yes, I charged the machines. Product itself works well if it works as I’ve had one before but after the second time I took my money back. Didn’t feel like heading for round 3

Didn’t work

After figuring out how the vacuum went together, charging it for hours, I took it into the pool and … nothing. Would not come on. Watched various online videos to ensure that I wasn’t doing something wrong, tried all the tips, and had no success. So I can’t evaluate how well the item works. But Sharper Image returned my money very quickly after I returned the vacuum to them.
