Tempur-Pedic® Ergo Replacement Remote

Remote doesn't work. Representative from the store where we bought the bed came to try and pair the device with the bed. The remote does not work. Ultimately, able to sync first remote to the bed. Spent over $100 for nothing.

Was so pleased that we were able to receive a replacement remote from the same company, Reverie, that made our original one. The remote was received promptly, and even contained detailed instructions for how to pair it with the bed! I thought that was amazing customer service. I was able to pair this with my bed within about 10-15 minutes, and it works perfectly. Thanks, Reverie!
