Often you see things online that may look too good to be true. Like many, I was somewhat sceptical as to how good this product would be. Yes, the first 10-15 seconds the dogs were on edge as you would expect with the noise as I had it connected to my Dyson V10 animal vacuum. However, they quickly settled and actually enjoyed being groomed/massaged. I found the most effective way was to use my Dyson V10 on Boost speed, I was amazed at how much fur/hair it sucked up, maybe I should go into the jumper business 😂. Just be aware that on Boost speed your battery will drain quicker as you would expect. Works well, very satisfied.
