Girlie Girl Originals Preppy God Gave Me The Best Grandkids T-Shirt

I loved that shirt which was exactly what i wanted. However I was disappointed in the poor communication of the company. I had ordered two shirts one of which was out of stock. No one contacted me to say that it was out of stock, I paid for it and ordered it expecting to receive both of the shirts. I then got an email that had refunded me half of my order but did not explain why. I then assumed that y'all were giving me a discount because you shipped it in 10 days instead of 7 like you have in your shipping policy. It was much to my surprise to only get one shirt in the package after not being properly informed about the situation. I had then used a 10% off coupon for my first order however when i went to place my second i was not allowed to do so! I should not have had to pay an extra $8 for a shirt that i shouldn't have had to reorder in the first place. I do understand that it is a busy time for companies however i would appreciate to be able to count on a company's policies. thank you
