Ecologically sound plantations and fairtrade rates paid to its workers is what I believe yhia company stands for. I am not okay with blood chocolate companies and have enjoyed Hotel chocolat a lot and you have clean ingredients. Much love!! Andrea

The cold chocolate was not good- tasted terrible! Would not recommend.
