We only tried the steaks so far and they are beyond delicious. Thank you for the video on the tallow. Never thought of frying the steak in it can't wait to try. We are going to fry our perogies in it. Thank you now my husband will quit complaining about the beef in Florida which is very different than Ohio. Your beef is beyond better than both states.
