It took me a few tries, but with the help of the book, and the guide to the most popular baking issues, I could solve it and get crackless Eclairs. Very nice!

Well , basically the procedure is normal like any other recipe I ve been making for eclairs or choux , the same steps I’ve been doing before, but the baking process is nowhere near successful . The way of baking is so unsure , like, give us a correct temperature , air or no air (my prof oven has 5 levels of air and adjustment for the humidity). The way it is described in the recipe is really weird. I followed the steps with the turned off oven and everything and the result was awful . Please if someone can send me more direct instructions , I would really appreciate it ! Thank you
