Really disappointed with my experience. I ordered on August 30 and the listed turnaround was 1–3 business days. After about two weeks with no shipping update, I reached out and was told it would be shipped expedited because of the delay. It was then sent USPS Ground Advantage. I asked to return it and requested a prepaid return label due to the delays, but have not received a response. As a business owner myself, I found the communication and customer service very disappointing.

I am obsessed with this blanket, it is soooo soft, thick and cozy! Truly incredible quality. I bought the pillow trio to go with it and they are all my new favorite additions to my living room. I hope they make a blanket just like this but christmas themed! :)
