BENI BED™ - ROYAL OAK

Was looking forward to this purchase but eneded up very disappointed. With these pricey rollup beds I really expected the quality to be substantially better. The online images depict a thicker fill density which they definitely do not have. Also the Royal Oak color comes across ad a cream/brown online. Its more of a light yellow buttercream/brown. Their insert fill is lumpy, uneven and not substantial enough to support a night of sleep for an 8 year old, mich less a teenager ir an adult. A shake is not going to fix the lack of volume and low quality fill material. Now im searching for an insert to fortify this roll up Beni Bed because they definitely do not make the cut for an overnight or multiple nights of sleep.

I am extremely disappointed with BENI's after-sales service. My Beni Bed arrived without the cover, meaning the order was incomplete. I contacted BENI immediately, and they acknowledged that the missing cover was their mistake. Since then, I have spent over 10 days chasing updates. Every response has been the same: they are "checking with their 3PL warehouse" and asking me to wait. Their internal logistics issue should never become the customer's problem. After I informed them that I would lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading under the Australian Consumer Law, they replied saying that the warehouse would provide a tracking number that same day and that they would forward it to me immediately. Unfortunately, that promise was not kept either. No tracking number was provided, and once again there has been no meaningful progress. As of the date of writing this review, I still have not received the missing cover that I paid for. I genuinely hope BENI improves its customer service, because customers deserve better than this. I love this! I bought a second one immediately. I use it on top of a camp cot, making it a great sleeping option. Seriously, I cannot say enough good about this. Everybody in my family, all adults lies on my camp cot with the Beni bed all the time. I also haul it outside and put it on the chaise next to the pool.
