Heritage Egyptian Cotton Plush Heavyweight 6 Piece Towel Set

I washed the towels prior to using for the first time and the washcloth unraveled. I reached out to CS three times before getting a response then was told a replacement would be sent and I’d be notified, but it’s been 10 days and I have not been notified of the replacement being sent.
