I was concerned my bolo tie would not arrive on time for my friend's wedding after I placed the order a week prior. I contacted Jack and Miles customer service and they quickly updated my shipping address to a new location and even upgraded me to express shipping for free to ensure my tie would arrive on time. The bolo tie was perfect to match with a navy suit.

Love the look, we decided to order the rest of our wedding party them. Could do with some different leather colors, but that's my only critique!
