Bell’s Milk and Honey Rooted Cutting

I was very disappointed with my order. When I ordered rooted cuttings, I thoroughly expected to be able to see the roots. I also didn't intend on having to reach out to ask when they might be shipping, but they did ship quickly after they responded. Unfortunately, the cuttings are not what I thought I was buying.

These were not rooted cuttings. Totally unrooted and one totally not even in the root riot cube. Poor communication as well.
