In-Depth Review
As soon as they’re on, the wow factor immediately whacks you in the face with this clear, vivid, giant screen. After an initial update, a majority of promised features will have you immersed deep in your favourite game movie or series. The sound quality (from the perspective of an audiophile) is crystal clear and very loud enough to drain out the outside world (although at this level the outside world will hear you), though for a beast it lacks the low end, bass.. youre better with headphones or speakers for that earthquake rumble or bass line roar. The image on the other hand is gorgeously sharp rich in vibrant colours which particularly pop in video games or colourful videos such as animations. The 3D imaging is great, dependant on your use. I.e; video games played on mac m4 24gb ram through the 3D immersion usually reduces my frame rate to 30fps.. so any title which sits at that already it works great for but any game which is at 60fps seems to drop. 2D games in 3D are a different game! Same goes for 2D videos (cartoons, anime, etc). Is not quite perfect but fun to play with and a must experience to understand the issues as well as the beauty. I spend most my time in ultra wide for my general use, which is like some futuristic dream with this ‘invisible’ holographic screen which wraps around your head, it’s amazing. At the minute, I do seem to experience some tearing in the widescreen mode for video imagery. This could likely be updated in the future and I only have this issue on ultra-wide. The holographic experience that I referenced is due to the dimming ability to alter the transparency enabling you to see more and be more present in the world. Basically looks like a ghost screen just hovering is an unmatched experience in my books (there is vr but the weight of 99% percent of them..) there is also a side mode so using these glasses when you’re out and about is so simple as I just plug it straight into my iphone an its away. You do need the spacewalker app for multi screen/wide/3D but thats not the killer. Pretty much no where online seems to mention about any xr glasses how much battery drain is going on. I suspect that all xr glasses have a similar strain when it comes to power usage. I do game a lot directly from my console and this does not drain a battery as the glasses as powered by the wire. Its fortunate that an adapter to charge at the same time is available. I will be purchasing this shortly, as armed with this adapter, a charger pack, the glasses, my phone and a game pad I can game all day anywhere and the set up fits into roughly a 10inch side bag (bar the control that goes in the hoodie pocket.. could use some slim switch like controllers though) Anyway I had been watching these glasses for months and had watched many reviews, shout out to gadetguardian. Once I heard that the issues which the anchoring stability had be fixed I knew it was time. There still is a bit of movement time to time but that can quickly be remedied by keeping your head still or setting the glasses on a flat surface. I had heard somebody complain about the heat I wouldn’t say hot but warm yeah, not going to lie but I’m actually looking forward to this ‘feature’ in winter so for me not a downside. These are designed to have the image look best in when your eyes are in the correct position In the glasses films and games* don’t suffer the same as productivity for text. The further to the edge of your vision right or left text is the more difficult it will be to perceive. However the beast does offer a widened FOV so where that drop off begins is where other xr glasses would have ended (and this issue is widespread across most ocular technology like vr) I get the removal of the myopia adjustments, just please be aware of this my ipd is like 60 and as this is lower than the minimum it does create an issue when reading text. To be fair I have no other issues using them as are out the box(had changed nose pad. Instruction in manual on how to remove that next time would be great too. The elephant in the room is going to be the reflection. It is there no doubt akin to having a glass table under your monitor. 97% of the time in game or movie you wont even notice it. A cinematic single colour background with a single object of focus seems to create an interesting/distracting pattern of symmetry. Also I’m not sure if this is just my model and what could be done here but my opacity is my less on the right than the left on full ‘transmittance’, with my lefteye picking up more light.. Overall the glasses are lightweight comfortable and part of my everyday carry. I use them several times a day and with such a big screen in my pocket I can leave my macbook at home to do just about everything from my phone instead. Updates could improve this product after purchase, so I am excited to see what the future holds. I feel great potential as there is a camera already built in, which if in time could utilise an app for AI. Wow. I will definitely purchase an update with the hardware perfected. At this stage it’s not far off perfect, very user friendly. Using the glasses out and about is wild. The big screen floating in the sky is a site to behold. Since I usually had them on the lowest settings for testing walking somewhere, the battery drain doesn’t seem to be too bad (using them with my MacBook is when I felt that power usage the most). I would say on a bright day you would need the light blocker accessory if you plan to indulge in something scary or dark, however if you watch something vibrant full brightness and full dim I don’t think the light blockers are necessary at all. These glasses feel comfortable and sturdy tho my left arm has a slight creak which isn’t noticeable in the hand but when they’re right next to your ear at night.. minor complaint considering they are so solidly built, it is durability you can feel. The many features mapped to the buttons can feel daunting at first but soon becomes second nature, they provide an ease of use and can be remapped slightly to suit your preference. And btw the case is “PREMIUM” inside and out, great aesthetics, it will definitely protect the glasses but the case is on the big side.

Viture beast
From an honest standpoint, the glasses suit my needs really well. I live movies and I spend about 3 hour a day on the train and this just makes the commute 10x better. There is an issue with the from getting hot but that’s not something you can feel when wearing the glasses only if you touch that part with your hand. People have mentioned a downside being able to see a reflection on the bottom due to the prism lenses but in fact it’s not something that bothers me at all and barely noticeable unless you’re looking for it. This was 100% worth it.

Game changer for gaming and flying
These are my go to when playing on my steam deck. I'm really enjoying playing on a huge screen and I feel like I'm not hunched over my deck anymore. Tried them with Netflix on a recent flight and for a the duration I got to forget I was on an airplane. Really cool piece of tech and I'm looking forward to using them more. Did find my eyes get a bit tired when I first used them but that could have been just getting used to them and/or using them for an extended session.
