Ultra Nano Serum

I did not order this and it was not delivered

It is working so far. I been using it on my face and neck for about 5 to 7 minutes each day. I was surprised that there so little used. Am I doing this wrong? What am I supposed to do with the extra bottle that has the applicator on it. What a waste of money for package. You could have secured the applicator in a cushion bag and save on pack. Why can't you put instructions online --cheaper than paper and for the people that purchased it already

I’ve only used it just under a week and my face feels great. The vial/bottle application was a little tricky to figure out but I got the hang of it. In order to release the serum through the applicator, you have to press down pretty firmly… it doesn’t seem to be a smooth and even process. I am willing to continue to use to see if I get the results expected
