Bonnell 775 MX - The Fastest Electric Mountain Bike

The bike is great lots of fun. The package showed up undamaged and was very quick . The only gripe i have is that if there are any issues you need to take care of quickly like i did with a shipping error you cannot call anyone to resolve it. The phone goes rite to voicemail when you call and have to leave a message and it took 3 days for my email to be answered. The error got resolved and it worked out but when you see your 5500 dollar bike being shipped to someone else address 100's of miles away from you it kinda freaks you out as a first time buyer of the site. Other than that great experience.
