Brand new item arrived already stained

The item arrived with a visible, indelible stain on one of the faces. The overall design and quality are in line with what I expected, but this kind of cosmetic defect on a brand-new decorative item is disappointing. A stricter quality check before shipping would have been welcome. A shame, because the product itself is otherwise pleasant.

Thoughtful in every way

We own many of these plugs, and they never disappoint. They turn an everyday object into a thoughtful little moment. Seeing them on the floor or in a plug on our wall brings me a little smile, instead of that moment of disgust around such a ubiquitous object. The colors in the Bauhaus lineup are really striking too. Thankful they did the collaboration.
