Reviewing and ordering samples from build direct was easy, free and without drama. Something that I appreciate more and more these days. The samples were good quality and very helpful in making decision. Unfortunately, I found a slightly beefier laminate floor locally for the same price. It was 10 mm with 2 mm pad. So it was thicker and heavier than build direct sample but otherwise had the same features. That being said, I would not have had any qualms with ordering from Build Direct.
