Very disappointed with service

I have ordered these items after hearing good things about the products. However, made a order and was looking forward to it. My shock and disappointment was when I received my shopping. Many items were missing. Been trying to contact via the possible ways and my emails and messages are completely ignored. Tried chat and nothing. I do hope I get the rest of my order or a refund of the missing items.
