Customer service went above and beyond to help resolve an issue they didn’t even cause…hat is made of durable material and the stitching quality is unmatched. I bought this hat for my daughter. I am not sure if it was for her or for me ;-). We both love it! The quality is realy good. The embroidery is very well done. Tight, no loose threads or puckering.
