When I finally contacted you on the fourth day without receiving a response, I received a dispatch notification. Evri had attempted to collect the item for four days without success. On the fifth day, I emailed you again to express my concerns, and Evri was able to collect the item. Finally, I received communication from you confirming that the item had been dispatched. Evri delivered it the following day.
