I only wear the dream short or cotton boy short, but the front gusset isn't long enough in the front and I always bleed into the fabric. After years of frustration, I decided to purchase these pads. I cut them into three pieces, zig zagged the open seam several times, then sewd one piece overtop of the fabric that I always bleed into. It works perfectly and these pads are super soft. Not only do I bleed into the pad instead of the fabric, the pads don't cause irritation to my skin. This will definitely prolong the life of my period panties.
