Used to love the product. Had it on autoship…but the last package I received, tye gum disintegrated in my mouth. Mastic gum is supposed to get harder as you chew it. This failed

I do see a difference it's a good one my plack is going away teeth look a little better but it's too expensive for me right now I give it an A.

Terrible customer service. Tried to cancel my subscription but still got sent out another order. Emailed customer service and go an autogenerated reply saying that they can’t cancel my subscription at this time. Now will need to block transactions via my bank to stop this. Very annoying and unnecessary and now stuck with an extra order of floury gum. DO NOT recommend!!
