This has become my favorite coffee ever! There is no dirt taste that is often found with other mushroom coffee brands. This is because this company uses extracts from the mushroom infused directly into the coffee instead, which eliminates the fibrous taste that any other brands have. My boyfriend and I both love this coffee and have it on subscription. Thanks for making an awesome product!

My local natural grocery store carried this so I tried a small pack of it. I used it for my afternoon cup of coffee and I was so pleased. The flavor is very good, although I would consider the dark roast a medium roast compared to a typical dark roast coffee. But what sold me was how I felt! I was more alert, but not with the blast of energy coffee usually hits you with. I also felt very, level, I guess, even-keeled. I don't know how to describe it but it gives such a pleasant feeling with no caffeine jitters or crash later. Went to the website and purchased several bags! I have also made this with several methods and they all turned out great: pour over, press, and stovetop bialetti espresso maker.
