completely new to body sculpting and found this Ebook to be of complete and total use! i love absolutely everything! I will be honest and admit I have not gone thru all of it, however its a very good useful source of information and a good start!

Lots of info, it's nice to have it all in one place instead of trying to watch all your videos to piece it together. Nice book!

This is a 300 page book with a LOT of information. Unfortunately, it's only in pdf format and that makes it hard to read on my phone bc there's no way to bookmark where I'm at in the book. I did spend a lot of ink and paper printing it out and I think it was worth it. But I definitely wish I could have just ordered it as a paperback. It is definitely worth every penny as it teaches you everything about every non-invasive body sculpting machine out there.
