Had not helped me fall nor stay asleep

The taste and mix is great even with water. I have been very excited to try this as the first one I purchased my dad received and enjoyed. Unfortunately this has not helped me to fall nor stay asleep. The first few nights using it I even woke up 2 hours later wide awake. Disappointed.

Not bad

It doesn’t seem to mix very well. If it were an after workout shake, it wouldn’t be a big deal, but not my favorite having to deal with it before bed. Tastes pretty good, will finish the bag but probably won’t buy again
