Going to purchase another for another door

No customer service follow up

I mistakenly bought both the interior and exterior handles with measuring. Turns out they don’t fit. I’ve contacted the company 3 times over the last few weeks to request to return them and have not received a response. The handles look great and I wish I could use them. Disappointed with customer service follow up.

Nice handle that fits over inset handle door sliders. Only issue is with outer handle needing to bend then rebend to get it to fit and slide up on handle right.
