My Lissaire machine (which took weeks to turn up inspite of paying for the speedy delivery) simply doesn't work. At all. It turns on but the fan doesn't engage and the balloon doesn't inflate. I've emailed repeatedly about this and keep getting very frustrating emails back asking the same questions - please send photos of the packaging, the label, the machine... how that will help anyone is a mystery. I've sent the photos and want a replacement machine expedited or a refund. I await a response.
