Your email states that I’ll receive a proof of the design for approval before printing begins, but I never received one. Because of that, the pictures turned out differently than I expected. The previous times I’ve ordered from you, they were printed round, and I never had to specify that I wanted them round. I even looked back at my previous orders to confirm this. Now I had to spend another $13 to have them reprinted because they were printed incorrectly. This could have been avoided if I had received the proof for approval as stated in your email.
