Poor service and customer advice on prduct!

You should be aware that doctors have little to no training on the topic of natural herbal remedies and its made it extremely difficult for me to decide whether to take the product or discard it as I have medical health issues and don't even know what dosage should be, it's not even on the packet, it's been a dream of mine to use natural top quality herbal remedies to improve my health and well-being but I am reluctant because I take diabetes and bloodthinners , doctors have absolutely no idea what to tell me neither has thepharmacists I have contacted. I'm sick of taking pills and not getting better with myconditions . I was so hoping to use your natural health products as you are a UK based company and I was hoping to trust you as the benefit of natural remedies and treatments goes back millenia but the British manufacturers are what I wanted to trust most. My request is that you put exactly what the daily dose should be and when to take it, as it is not cheap to buy, a little bit more thought about dosage of your products on the packet or the offer of a little book of expertise and advice on everything that you sell, not a guessing game. It's on that point I am not sure if I should include the olive oil and black seed oil capsules. Fed up with having to go online for clarity only to find nothing more than expensive hype. Disappointed to say the least.

Really pleased with the results of taking Oil of Oregano with Black seed Oil. And will be keeping them as a part of my daily wellness plan.
