10lb and 11lb Propane Tank Mount

Solid mount, Clamps awkward

received the mount quickly and as advertised is a solid piece and holds my Flame King 11 lb tank securely. I ordered powder coated and it is well done. Took it on a 400 mile journey with 100 miles of dirt, mostly rough forest service roads and it remained secured. My only complaint is the bracket straps to hold the tank. In order to remove them I have to use an open end wrench for the first part (last part of tightening) as the clearance doesn't allow for a box end or rachet wrench. Since my tank is higher up (on a ladder mount) it is a bit more awkward to get the tank out. Some of the other mounts on the market use a lever with a lockable system and that would be the perfect touch to this well made mount. I looked for an aftermarket one but without luck. That would have made this a 5+ star review.

Propane tank mount

I purchased the 5/10 pound propane tank mount because of its versatility. Not sure if I’m gonna be using a 5 or a 10 pound propane tank so it was the perfect solution for me. The mount is made of steel and great construction and design. I got mine powder coated in black and it looks great. Will be mounting it on the back of my camper van. Thanks JC customs for a high-quality product.
