Roux Pansy hatching eggs

I ordered 12 and 20 came although these were the most damaged. The box appeared okay so i didnt take a picture but somehting clearly happened on the journey as 7 of the eggs had cracked. I am so grateful they sent extra as I had 1 extra chance in the incubator now. Hopefully the rest arw okay. As i ordered 54 recieved 80 and 12 were damaged and there was no obvious damages to the box i dont think i can claim anyting to the delivery service ans its very obvious Guidroz farms did egerything they could to insure safe areival. So glad dor the extras in the box and the cute confetti .
