The boot will likely fit well if I can get the right size. Dewalt footwear seems to have several customer service email portal addresses. None have responded about returns or exchanges. The 30 day warranty may well expire before return this pair for the right size.

It's a half size too big. I've reached out twice in the past week asking if there is any way to exchange or return these. So far, I have heard nothing.
