I was enrolled in a course hope to get the Manual Handling training as needed for the job. Unfortunately the course they provided was not sufficient to get me the job. I requested the refund for the course but they rejected it saying you completed the course so we can’t refund it. How can you review the course material without sitting in the course and doing the assessment. I was not very happy with their service.
