Bamboo Viscose Fitted Sheet

The sheet is very nice and soft. Their email very poorly if at all mention it was only a fitted sheet I was purchasing. I ordered 2 thinking they were a full set of sheets. I want to return the one unopened fitted sheet and they will not allow me to return the sheet for a refund, it’s “ not their policy “. Their customer service is terrible, waited for a couple weeks after sending 2 emails to get a response. I am never buying from them again.

So far we love the fitted sheet. Easy to make bed and wonderful 'feel' to it. I hope it won't "pill" after awhile. I read that some of the bamboo fabrics do that. I ordered more so hope I made a good choice

I need to return this fitted sheet and have contacted “hello” many times without success. Very inefficient customer service. Very frustrating.
