I ordered this albeit with extremely high hopes, I did thorough research as I have two daughters - a 4 year old and a now 15 month old that LOVE cuddles and being clingy. It’s hard carrying them around all day without my husband and my arms, shoulders, and backs getting fatigued and just worn out. My ordered showed up the very next week, incredibly fast delivery, but to my dismay it was a different color than I ordered. I reached out to customer service and when I tell you they answered the same day within 4 hours that’s not a joke. They were soooo quick to help get me a return label and were going to send out the color the next morning. My husband fell in love with the “incorrect” color and decided to give it a try. We both fell in love. That evening I rushed to email customer service to tell them not to create the label or ship out a new color. And once again they answered within a couple of hours. Customer support just immaculate! Literally chef kiss. My husband and I have traded wearing our Qookie carrier, EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. since it arrived. I LOVE going out with our girls and being able to give them the exact amount of contact they need from us. Sleep is infinitely better because I’m not longer going to bed fatigued, sore, and physically exhausted and I’m waking up so much better. If you’re on the fence, do it. If you’re concerned about the costs, this thing pays for itself. I’m ordering a 2nd one for our family so we each have one and no longer have to share, I’m purchasing one for a dear friend of our expecting her first child soon, and literally every parent I see carrying their kid I’m annoying and recommend this. Important to note, this is truly HANDS FREE. Both kids feel SO secure in it that I don’t have to hold their back or bottoms.
