Great kit but no training

I think it’s confusing for a company to sell a pro line but not offer any training or training videos on using it. Also the customer service is very slow and not thorough when answering questions, The kit itself is great and so far I love the color options, just would be nice to have training in this specific brand. I’ve had to search training on other machines and lines and try to translate it into this one.
