Classic Black Box | Dark Purple & Gold Roses

First time buyer- it wasn't what I expected at first, nevertheless highly satisfied!!

The original order of roses were dark purple with gold. It came in a nice black box a pretty bow and the arrangement was beautiful. However when I opened it some of the petals outside were torn, somebody had tried to open the box by punching a hole in the side in transit, and the black envelope containing care instructions looked as if it was taken off of another box making for a worn out adhesive. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, they were unwavering in the commitment and took the time to address my concerns. They promptly responded, giving me options ranging from partial credit to use on a next order, to a replacement. My new bouquet was expedited on 2nd day air and arrived fast...AND WELL PROTECTED!! I was so happy and more than satisfied after careful inspection of the product. Like the first one it was beautiful. Purple is my favorite purple and so is black. The ribbon was one of my favorite parts, the roses do have a smell as they are treated to last, the petals were extremely soft to the touch and I melted away. Thank you to The Million Roses. I will be ordering again!
