The recipient of this Christmas was very pleased with it. The one criticism that I would note is that your website needs to be forthcoming with mentioning that your company is located overseas from the United States. I ordered this as a Christmas present for a family member at the end of November 2025. It shipped at the beginning of December 2025 and I didn’t receive it until 2 days before Christmas. I was very disappointed at the lack of information provided regarding the status of the shipment. Again, I would be more upfront in letting customers know where their shipment is coming from and that the possibility of going through multiple forms of customs will slow everything down.
