PURPLE JADE bangle

Well, I couldn’t believe that a jade Bengal was mailed out and just tissue paper and an envelope it arrived snapped broken in half when I reached out to the company to let them know and if they could please send me another one and I can send this back with pictures attached I never got a response and it’s been four days and still no response so as the stuff is pretty, the customer service definitely needs work.
