Personalized Photo Bracelet Stone

Item arrived and there was a massive issue with the gift, contacted GemCo and had 1 response asking for more information, i provided this and have waited weeks now with no more contact, ive emailed multiple times and nothing. Ridiculously poor customer service

The stone where picture goes it’s tiny you can barely see. Customerservice is awful. I’ve been writing them many times it’s been two months and they are not responding.

Delivery stated the 20th of June end received on June 23rd.
