Horrible business practice and experience!

I ordered a single sensor and paid an additional $30 to have it no later than 3 days. The item shows up a WEEK later and literally SMASHED. I contact the shipper UPS 10 minutes after it arrival to pick it up and return it to the sender. Four days later and the package is still on my front porch. Also both UPS and the shipper refuse to refund any portion of the shipping. They have lost a customer!
