Excellent process from ordering to receiving the Down Wash. It arrived swiftly. I was kept informed of order progress. Instructions for use were clear and my son’s extremely expensive jacket looks like new after being laundered at home in a domestic washing machine. So much cheaper than professional cleaning and felt less harsh on the fabric and feathers.. Better than chemicals for the environment too! Thank you
