HoloAudio – Bliss Headphone Amplifier (US)

After using a basic headphone amp & set of HD800s for years, I decided to upgrade to a top-end system. I had no clue what I was doing or needed. I read some reviews of the Bliss Amplifier & was intrigued. When I learned about the KTE upgrades Tim was adding, I bought it straight away. I hooked the Bliss directly to my Mac computer & plugged in a 1/4-headphone cable. It sounded good, but not as impressive as I expected. I contacted Tim & quickly realized I'd only purchased half the system. I really didn't know what I was doing, but Tim helped me understand. I hadn't realized that running the Bliss off my internal Mac DAC was like trying to fill a swimming pool with a squirt gun. I needed more flow & a different headphone cable too, so I could get the most out of the Bliss. I added the KTE May DAC & switched to XLR cables based upon Tim's recommendations. I hooked up the KTE May & Bliss, then powered everything on. I went to lunch to let everything warm up. When I returned, I sat down for my first listen. I almost cried the sound was so powerful & pristine. I couldn't just hear the sound, I could feel it pumping & resonating throughout every cell in my body. It gave me chills. I just them again while writing that & listening too. I can't remember the last time I purchased something that made me feel this good. Nobody told me that could happen & that's priceless! The KTE upgrades elevate this system to another level. It's like buying a new car & adding in all the extra options. It's a completely different user experience when you get the best. Now, I start my day using the KTE Bliss & May DAC in the early morning hours. Listening to sound through the KTE equipment makes me so happy. It puts a smile on my face that makes the start of every day better. I skip out of the house now with a smile. That's something one has to experience to understand. This system can provide that experience. I'm so glad I found Tim & purchased the KTE equipment. This has been one of the best purchases & experiences of my life. Nothing but praise for Tim coming from this guy. If you can afford the KTE May DAC & KTE Bliss amplifier, then buy them. They'll change your life. Add in a pair of Susvara's & it'll get even better.
