It’s a quick temp relief if you have pain. However, if you have severe nerve pain this did not work for me. This is perfect for achy muscles after working out at orangetheory or even doing a hike or a dri tri event. I keep this around for just those cases as it works well. However if you are looking for something to take a pinched nerve pain away then this did not help me much.
