Jild Men's Classic Leather Jacket

Jacket arrived with holes in both front waist pockets. I contacted them with that information, but they have Not responded. Obviously poor customer service. I would NOT recommend buying from them.

I placed my order and immediatly received an email to explain and verify sizing. I changed the size as per recommended. The jacket came in and fit perfect! The quality of the leather is awesome. No breaking in needed. I will buy again from Jild Leather! I have dropped a star, first time I tried to actually wear this great looking coat, a snap fell off the sleeve and for some reason Jild is not reponding to my messages asking for how to fix the situation.

Zipper not high quality.
