Somewhat disappointed

Your form didn't work for me to put a review in. Did not function to type in. I loved the watch and it was the beautiful gift I expected it to be. Then the place where the band attaches to the watch broke the two little prongs that hold the watch pin split in two. An email to your customer service asking if there was some way I could get you to repair it and got no response. Meantime the wonderful wearer, being the woodworker he is actually glued it back together and reattached the band. He loved it and wanted to wear it again. Not totally original, patched, but still loved. Much too fragile for an active person.
