Hoka Bondi 9 Black - Black

The product description did not make it clear that this was a men’s shoe. I purchased it believing it was a women’s model because that is what I searched for. Unfortunately, I was wrong—it is a men’s size. I just stopped by USPS to return the shoe, and I was charged $30 to ship back a single pair of shoes. I cannot believe I had to pay $30 just to return a product. I will never again purchase from retailers that are not the manufacturer itself. I also recently had to return a New Balance shoe that I bought directly from the New Balance website, and they provided a prepaid return label at no cost. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I was actually planning to purchase another product from your store in my correct size, but after this experience, I certainly will not be doing so.
