Impossible to use

I ordered this in 10g 3/8". The bead and ring came in the same pouch, but separated. The bead doesn't fit in the ring. Even with ring opening pliers, it's impossible to widen the ring enough to get the bead to fit. I'm not sure why it was shipped disassembled, unless they also couldn't get them to clip together and thought "Not my problem." Not the quality I expect or have ever had from Anatometal or Infinite. I've paid for a ring I physically can't ever use.
