Not thrilled

I didn’t see it in person but saw a photo of it and it didn’t look quite how it looked online when ordered; date seemed lower. Also this was a gift and there wasn’t anywhere to write who it was from. When I contacted customer service about it, although the response was quick And helpful, I was informed they just didn’t do gift notes. Kinda ridiculous for an item I assume is most often ordered as a gift. Service

This was not what I requested. My last name is hyphenated Pruitt-Corzo, the product I was provided has two boxes with Xs in it, before the hyphen . It’s obviously a typo but I do not want to display it so I’m very disappointed.

Not as advertised

Not very happy with the item received. There is a chip on the front corner, smaller than advertised, jagged wood on backside resulting in a splinter and no way to hang if wanted.
