Excellent!!!

i bought six of these nalgene bottles to include in each of the goodie bags for a bachelorette trip i am organizing. the bride is an outdoorsy person who loves critters and creepy crawlies of all kinds and the weekend is being spent in a berkshire cabin. they are the perfect addition to what will be an outdoor weekend of adventure, hiking, herping, and playing in the woods.

Awesome design on a sturdy bottle! At first I thought the plastic wrap over the new bottle was how the print was made on the bottle and I was confused bc it clearly was peeling off but silly me realized I needed to take off the wrap to reveal the print 😂 anyways it’s an awesome bottle tha will get tons of use by me. Will be purchasing more from the shop

Slow Customer Service but Great Products

Beautiful bottle but it arrived later than I anticipated (it was a gift) so I had to initiate a return. Instructions on their homepage were clear and easy to follow but unfortunately it seems the return address hadn’t been updated yet and as a result my return wasn’t processed until nearly a month later. This information wasn’t told to me until after I had tried to reach out for an answer as to why my return was taking so long. Customer service was professional but it was difficult to reach them.
